ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed through our website are processed in real time. You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after checkout with all the necessary details about your purchase.

STORE PICKUP

We offer store pickup at our Dermtropics store located at Level 5, Main Wing, Shangri-La Plaza.
Orders typically take up to 2 hours to prepare. You’ll receive a “Ready for Pickup” email once your order is available.

📍 Pick up at store is available daily from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
Please present your confirmation email when claiming your order. Kindly wait for the pickup notification before visiting, as orders not yet marked as ready may not be available for release.

METRO MANILA SHIPPING

Orders within Metro Manila are delivered within 1 to 2 working days. A flat-rate shipping fee applies and will be clearly displayed during checkout.

PROVINCIAL SHIPPING

Delivery to provincial areas takes approximately 3 to 7 working days. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and will be shown at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE:

Dermtropics currently ships exclusively within the Philippines. International shipping is not available at this time.
